we're looking to perhaps implement a mod so that the order of the calls in the prank calls subform will be maintained regardless of new posts - to make it easier to find specific calls - installed a mod earlier, but either it wasn't done properly, or there is a problem with the mod itself - hopefully we can get it working - that'd be a cool feature

Which mod are you using? I know a guy who admins/manages phpbb forums. I could ask him what he thinks.
