Good one, kind of a Jack Nicholson meets Steven Hawking meets Abe Lincoln call.

Quote
I am loath to close. We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory, stretching from every battle-field, and patriot grave, to every living heart and hearth-stone, all over this broad land, will yet swell the chorus of the Union, when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature.

Great quote from Lincoln's first inauguration smiley

It's pretty impressive that you kept them on even though they were closed.

Whose idea was this, to slice together Jack clips to recite an Abe speech?

And who actually put all the clips together?

Wonderful

mine, me

thanks

I found the word 'enemies' from 'made a lot of enemies down in your neck of the woods' in A Few Good Men and suddenly remembered that speech at the end of American History X. I made the first line, and was gonna stop there, but then said what the hell and kept going - if I remember correctly, it took me hours to make the whole thing

oddly enough - I had to make a new 'enemies' because the one from A Few Good Men didn't work well enough with the words  before and after it in the reconstructed Abe Speech

It would be interesting to have Jack call a museum and use this speech, maybe an Abe museum

I couldn't believe that manager dude stayed on for multiple recitings on the speech.  Well done putting the whole string together.
