Your soundboard performances come off as twisted and realistic as can be. I love how you wind up "talking" to yourself during hold pauses, or starting a call by acting like you're talking to someone else.

I'm interested in doing some of these myself, but I cannot play the straight man to save my life, so any tips on keeping from laughing while in a call?

Try to call in a matter, that the sounds of the computer are recorded, instead of the room. IE, put stereo mix on from the sound settings and make a call via a VOIP program. I'm not experienced at this, but someone else can probably tell you better.
