key combination menus

I have a brilliant idea to make it easy to use

basically, have a menu which is navigated using the keys on your keyboard

ie..

Main menu
S - statements
C - compliments
I - insults
R - responses

then when you click S it takes you to a second menu

Statements menu
D - drugs
M - medical
T - dental

then you click D and i takes you to the third and final menu

Drugs menu
I - i do drugs
G - getting drugs is good

.. then people can memorize combinations and eventually become total speed gurus

S - D - I = I do drugs!

oohhhhhhh - hs! I thought I understood what you said at first but I didn?t - I get it now - that?s a frickin awesome idea - I was already toying with the notion of making the calls a two-person job - one guy on the board, another guy on the keyboard - saying things like yes and stuff - but your idea of combos is awesome!

Yeah I'm a hotkey fan too, I think it would be much easier to have the keyboard hotkeys for common responses and things like uhs, ahems, coughs, well I's, chuckles, yeahs, no's, what's that's, huh's, etc.

This would free your right hand to search for the more specific phrase that normally follows such short responses...

It would be great to have the spoken numbers on the numeric keypad, and groups of chuckles, yes's and no's on F1 - F4, F5 - F8, and F9 - F12... To spell out names you could do Shift + (any letter) to make Jack say the letter of the key pressed...

Things like that would make responses to questions much faster and thus more believable.

I'm sure that's possible with flash. You could do like certain groups of letters for different common responses probably addresses too don't ya think?

why would someone go through the trouble of getting another person to use the keyboard? heres an idea, use a touch screen pc for faster reaction and the second person can beat you off at the same time
