there was a big storm at our place when we were doing calls so we had to stop, while we waited for it to blow over we got the idea to look on weather.com and call wherever there was a storm and talk about weather

always loved the line "what kind of ice cream do you have?"

btw how long after the first call did you call back?  They acted as if they had no idea who you were(if you called 1 minute after the first call I would think they might recognize you)
