Jack, everything is going great with the autoboard, except I am having a real hard time with sound quality. Almost everyone says that they can only understand half of what I am saying and the fart noises. Ive tried several programs including audacity to get it sounding okay. Do I have to go out and get a really nice microphone?

if you gave me a sample of your audio I could probably tell right away what if anything you're doing wrong - it could just be a question of volume

Thanks man, I just uploaded the audio files under special files in the downloads section. And yes, the volume problem has certainly popped its ugly head out. at first it was too low and muffled. The best way for me to describe the way it is now is inconsistent.

those are all jack quotes from our calls - no wonder the quality sucks

also, you have to save ALL your mp3 files at 11,025Hz or 22,050Hz, or 33,075Hz, or 44,100Hz - 48,000Hz makes the voice sound low, 24 and 32 make it sound squeaky
