This guy is quite a salesman. No matter how insane Jack gets or how many ridiculous tangets the conversation drifted off to he always stays polite and courteous and changes the subject back to Jack's gym membership. He should get employee of the month just for handling Jack's madness so well. Seriously.

Oh and another completely hilarious call by the way.

exactly - a good way to judge customer service is listening to these kinds of calls, and this guy definitely gets high marks

This is just immense. I've heard this one before, but only just realised how much I love it. As has been mentioned, the fella deserves muchos credit for playing his part in what was a tremendous prank. It only takes Jack for a good call, but it takes two for a truly great call. Many hilarious moments but the ones that stand out are...

Jack saying "go on,I don't wanna break your rhythm" after a series of bizarre remarks

and his perfect intervention here...

"I gotta build up to climbing stairs, that sort of thing"
fella: "well what I can suggest is -
"climb a flight of stairs?" (chuckles)
