What was with that?  You guys kept getting the run around; "We're not taking any new patients, we don't do that here, you have to call these people."  And my favorite, "We don't have any time."  What the fuck?
Did somebody tip these people off to ur shenanigans ahead of time?  Did they know that the demented Mr. Santiago was a doppelganger?  
Damn.  Who knew that anger managment counselors were such a tight-knit group?

That's what I got from these calls. It's like they expect some curteous, polite, responsible guy with all the answers (and insurance as well) to call in and get help.
