Chatting online with soundboards

I can't really use phones now, but I sure as hell can use the computer for making some calls to people on their computer.  What program is good for this, that allows soundboards to be heard on their end?  I tried Live Messenger and Yahoo, but they could never hear 'me', the soundboards.  One guy wouldn't stop going "HELLOOOOOOOOOOOHHHH" to even hear me, the asshole.

You need to go into control panel and set your sound to "stereo mix". I'm not very good at explaining things so maybe someone else can explain it in more detail.

As for where to go when you have this set up. I have a chat room which I like to use because you get some real perverts in there  I don't want to post the link here because I don't want it to become flooded with guys with soundboards but if you want to know the link I can PM it you.

In many ways I'm the biggest pervert in there. I mean, what they're doing is human nature but what I'm doing isn't.

I'm pretty sure i set up my own simple tutorial on getting people to hear the soundboard here in the prank tutorial section.

Oh one more thing, if you're using soundmax, you'll either have to edit the driver installation conf file to allow stereo mix or you will have to find an older driver which allowed it.

Other drivers have a 'what you hear' or 'wave mix' option which is the same thing.

If you're on windows vista it should be a little different, doc is a nice guy and if i'm not around he can help you.
