LOL! The guy screaming in the background. Like Jack is some sort of sicko who keeps slaves in his basement, while someone tortures them.
And then he goes like "Sir? I'm talking to my patient" So perhaps Jack' is an amateur wannabe doctor that keeps kidnapped people in his basement and does experiments with them.
By the way, I like the new technique of giving away the phone numbers in groups of two-decimal numbers. It makes the call more fluent and more realistic (sounds less like a recording).
