Well, it's not entirely impossible that the guy who pronounced the name wrong didn't want to appear to be an idiot in the final product.
It could also be possible that some people are perfectionists and wont tolerate any flaws in anything.
Or it could be fear of being harassed for being politically-incorrect.
I don't agree with PC crap, if i wanna address a gay guy i don't know, i will say 'that gay guy' not 'that guy attracted-to-members-of-the-same-sex' and if i wanna talk about a black guy but don't know his actual background but need to point out that i'm talking about a black guy i will say 'a black guy' and the same goes for white guys.
So far i have offended no-one but i find many a person offended by politcal correctness like they're being treated like a disease.
