yeah - we use the jibberish much more sparingly now - but when we first came up with the idea and used it on the first few calls we were laughing so hard we were tearing up because we knew what Jack said in that phrase before we messed with it and now it sounded totally bizarre haha

I know when my mother was going through chemo, she was always tired. And to my understanding, ginseng is good for energy. Plus, Jack said he was "tired and bitter", so I suppose she figured that he should get some ginseng.
