sounds like a good thing to do when buying a new computer is first reinstall the OS yourself  no wonder we have so many problems 


--holy shit-- just realized something, it's could be nothing but, since I took my PC to Best Buy a month ago, it had a new mysterious hard drive on it that I didn't ask for a don't have any earthly clue why they would install it. I already have a secondary back up drive. What I think is more likely is it was always there but hidden.  now I have this paranoid idea it was a NSA spy drive
