  Yep, just about sums it up. Then, if this guy was filming something else nearby, like doing some personal movie, people would be clambering up to him, like "oh can I be in it? please, hey let me say hi to my family.. 

tho to be fair, it seems like he was filming odd or suspicious people in the first place. Maybe that's just a bad first impression of mine tho.
