I heard this guy on the radio and got interested in this video where he explains a little about how certain music has actual scientific healing properties.

the second half is about some weird cat lady, it the grey haired guy whose the musician.  Personally I can attest that listening to this stuff or similar stuff, especially after a long day or stressful situation makes me feel better.  cheesy
