granted, it's been like 17 years since I tripped, but this effect is spot on -- just imagine it lasting for hours though... along with other bizarre effects -- auditory and otherwise.

it's been 5 years since i tripped (2009)

I've never really needed to touch them again, it still has a strong positive impact on my life, i think the strongest character of a low to normal dose is the time distortions you get which isn't fun if it goes badly

I used to see things like this all the time when my parents took me to this science museum as a kid. There was a lot of them. One I remember somehow makes you see different colors. One makes it feel like you're on a rocking ship for a little while. That one scared me the most as a kid.

I tried it too, but I didn't have the balls to really 'try' it... this was like 10 years ago. I bought some and it sat in a drawer for like two years. got drunk one night and put a little in a bowl. nothing happened.
