That guy probably thought Jack was going to jump given the recent passing of his wife, his tearful bouts, and his interest in the height of the building.
Awesome use of "new road/crossroads"...the guy interupted a few times during the quote, but was responsive to each part of it. It had me laughing a lot -- but they all do. I think I've listened to about 8 hours now.

Well since people are giving out congrats on here, I'll be a congrats whore, I just got engaged 2 weeks ago when I was down in St. Croix....
but about the call, were you planning on going that 'wife died' route all along, or was that random when he asked if you were going for business or pleasure? that was definately not what I expected from the call...5 stars for sure.
