I like the laugh mixed in with the song - little advice - use the YES more if they seem like they're not sure you're there - we've learned that if you keep saying hello instead of "Yes" or "Right here." they think the repeated hellos mean you can't hear them - also you can check your volume by either calling someone you know with the board and asking them how well they can hear you or by calling a local automated number like time and temperature or a moviephone line and recording a short conversation and checking the audio - jack should be a little bit louder than they are on the recording - but then again, this is probably only good advice if you're using a land line to make your prank calls - using skype you'd probably have to adjust your output level or something
