Thanks. They were both difficult to do much with.
The Dr. Phil one was too quiet, if I turned my volume up to hear it, the caller would end up sounding really loud and I wouldn't be able to hear Dr. Phil anyways.
So I just grabbed a sound clip from one of The Matrix movies and had Agent Smith replicate from Dr. Phil.
