It's a lot of fun to mess around on hold, and explore and say things you probably wouldn't say normally, but unfortunately most listeners will just leave if there are long silences, so ---- hahaha - are you ready?? ahem, BRIGHTSIDE - I was busy typing this and that part came on - nice finish! Anyway - great first call - just use that sound editing software like Adobe Audition and trim out those long waits on hold. Nice job ruggler!

That was great. My fav calls are when Jack keeps the person on for a really long time, Brightside was the icing on the cake!!!!
