I was just about to ask you both what in god's name you were talking about with all this indian shit until I heard the noise at 699 haha
not to pull the curtain back too much but that's just copying an instance of the actual audio file and pasting over the top of it two more that are identical in every way except that one has had it's pitch altered up by maybe a minor third and the other lowered by a minor third - pretty simple operation in Adobe Audition, but pretty nice effect for soundboard weirdness
