yeah that one took us both by surprise - roy did this call - he didn't do a burp or anything - he just cut off a clip he'd clicked because he heard the guy pick up - the guy hung up immediately so we decided it was ok to call back since there was no reasonable explanation for why he hung up and we hadn't even said anything yet - and immediately the guy just started in - I was surprised by the route roy took with it though - I probably would have just started shouting at the guy and insulting him after the way he was talking, but roy went the other way with it - the guy probably didn't know how to react - ended up doing kind of a 180
