LOL when the Dreyfuss Cruise guy calls back and is like "hi doctor, i'm returning your call" and Dreyfuss is like "YESSS! I NEED A VACATION" it sounds like he's pretty damn desperate for that vacation haha.

dreyfuss is totally hilarious, love the way he goes psycho when being put on hold and then that triumphant "yess" when they get back to him, can't beat a good dreyfuss call lol

from the prospect of having an easily exploitable customer who is so foggy from last night that he'll just pay whatever to being shouted at, insulted and threatened within ~1 minute. must have been pretty devastating pretty quick to that sales guy. bravo!
