I think that loud screech is from Me, Myself & Irene -- when he says, "Sweetie -- don't jump rope in the street" or whatever and she just screams really loud to get him to go away. I just looped it. it's horrific. and roy loves horrific.... as soon as he finds some clip like that he uses the shit out of it.
