I noticed that Jack's been pretty angry lately. Poor guy, he goes from his wife dying, to getting divorced, to getting busted for several DUIs and then prison. Even when he tries to get anger management therapy everyone seems to turn him down....no wonder why he's angry.

I think we're gradually figuring out little ways to improve the quality - mostly just tweaking the various volumes on all the hardward involved
